SAM

LECKIE

“I’ve spent most of my career working alongside founders and leaders, close to how their businesses actually run”

Clear, calm, well-run businesses. That’s what Sam Leckie is here to bring into the companies she works with.

As a fractional business manager, Sam works alongside founders and leadership teams to create structure, momentum and follow-through where it’s often missing. Her work sits in the space between strategy and execution, where decisions are made, priorities compete, and the day-to-day either holds together or starts to slip.

Sam believes most businesses don’t struggle because of bad ideas, but because they’re under-supported. Too much sits with the founder, too many decisions don’t land, and things move without real alignment. That’s what she built her work around. Bringing clarity to how a business runs, and making sure what matters actually gets done.

With a practical, commercially-minded approach and a strong instinct for how businesses operate, Sam quickly understands where things are working and where they’re not. She’s known for being a calm presence, a clear thinker and someone who will ask the right questions, even when they’re not the easiest ones to answer.

Her breadth of experience working closely with founders and senior leaders means she understands the realities of running a business, not just the theory. It’s why she’s a trusted partner to the people she works with.

Sam’s approach is straightforward. No unnecessary process, no overcomplication. Just better structure, clearer thinking and consistent follow-through inside the business.

She is currently completing an MBA at Melbourne Business School, continuing to deepen her understanding of leadership, decision-making and how businesses grow.
