I'm a fractional business manager. I work with founders and leadership teams in the space between strategy and execution, where decisions get made, priorities compete, and the day-to-day either holds together or starts to slip.

Most businesses don't struggle because of bad ideas. They struggle because they're under-supported. Too much sits with the founder. Too many decisions don't land. Things move without real alignment.

That's the work I built my business around. Bringing clarity to how a business runs, and making sure what matters gets done.
