Sometimes letting someone else take care of the admin, inbox and calendar basics makes the biggest change to your day.

There's something important you want done, but nobody has the time or capacity to properly drive it. I can work out what needs to happen, coordinate the moving parts and keep it moving.

Something isn't working as well as it should. I'll get into the detail, ask the questions, work out what's going on and find a practical way forward.

I'll ask questions and get enough context to understand what we're solving. If I'm the right person for it, we'll agree what I'm taking ownership of and what good looks like.

Once we're clear, I get on with it. You'll know what's happening and where things stand without needing to manage me through the work.

I work on a monthly retainer with no long-term lock-in. Priorities can change as the business changes, because that's generally how businesses work.
